RooziTV is a subscription-based video streaming service that provides curated, safe video content for children. Our service includes access to our library of reviewed and approved videos, child profile management, and parental controls.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($1.99/month)
• Free trials are available for new users (3 days)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Content

All content available through RooziTV is owned by or licensed to us or third-party content providers. You may not:

• Download, copy, or save videos except as permitted
• Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works from our content

7. Child Profiles

• Child profiles must be created by a parent or guardian
• You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the Service
• Age information must be accurate for appropriate content filtering
• You may create multiple child profiles under your account

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WHILE WE STRIVE TO ENSURE ALL CONTENT IS APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC STANDARDS OR PREFERENCES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOZITV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
